Here are the details we know at this time:

• The venue is Magnolia Hall, 115 Hunter St W in Hamilton.


• We have the venue booked from 9:00 am on Saturday to 1:00 am on Sunday.


• We also booked it for Friday Oct 22 from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm for setup, and Sunday Oct 24 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm for cleanup.


• The Caterer is City Farm Catering.
